Remote Coaching Advice
I’ve been doing in-person PT for 3 years now, averaging around 30 clients per month ($55-$100 per session), and I’m looking to transition into remote coaching full time. I’ll be dropping to around 10 high ticket clients per month and switching most of my clients to remote ($100-$250 per month).
I have a background in SMS marketing, door to door sales, etc. - I’m just curious if anyone has had any luck with cold calling/cold SMS for remote coaching? We ran a test cycle and sent around 5000 sms over the course of a month and acquired 13 clients for our small trainer team. Cost maybe $225 for the software / skip tracing? Curious if anyone has any advice on the matter or experience.

- Yes we had luck with acquiring 13 clients in a month, but it was a LOT of headache. Was it worth it? Yes. Each remote client is generating the cost to acquire 10-15 clients in a single month usually.
My biggest concern is ethicality, scalability, and workload constraints.
