Account got closed after I added a gift card?

So Someone sent me a DoorDash gift card to help out with groceries and I used the gift card it went through. I still I have $35 on the gift card so today I tried to order something and my account got closed? I’ve never had a problem like that before and now I can retrieve my $35 on the account 😢does anyone have solutions? Or might understand why this happened?
