Building 3 products simultaneously: here's what the process actually looked like (HedgeVision open-sourced, VIEngine beta opening, jewelry ecom launched)
Building in public update - three simultaneous launches, different domains, same builder:
**HedgeVision (AI Hedge Fund Framework) - NOW OPEN SOURCE**
I've been building an autonomous hedge fund intelligence system for months. The architecture decisions:
- Chose modular design so each strategy component is independently testable
- Signal processing pipeline uses event-driven architecture for live responsiveness
- Risk management as a first-class citizen, not an afterthought
- Backtesting and live execution share the same interface (massive lesson learned: don't abstract these apart early)
Hardest part: making it genuinely useful for independent quants, not just a showcase. SuperIntel (AI market intelligence layer) module coming very soon.

**VIEngine (AI Video Intelligence) - Beta Opening in DAYS**
Building this in parallel was actually beneficial - the event streaming architecture from HedgeVision informed the video processing pipeline. The closed beta has been running for a few weeks. Opening it up soon.
**MangalMurti Jeweller (Family Ecom) - LAUNCHED**
Something completely different - helped launch an ecom store for our family jewelry business. Lab-grown diamonds + traditional jewelry. Biggest lesson: the tech is the easy part, the operations are everything.
What I learned from building 3 things at once: the mental models actually transfer across domains more than you'd expect. An event-driven trading system and a video processing pipeline have more in common than they appear.
What are you all building? Always interested in how others structure multi-project work.
