Willing to trade references/recommendations

Hi, I’m graduating with an MBA in IT and my current job is pretty retaliatory when it comes to seeking employment opportunities outside of the company. I’d be willing to provide mutual reference or recommendation support for anyone looking to be my reference for management positions that I’m interviewing for this month. I need someone to vouch for my leadership skills and hard work ethic. USA based preferred :)
