feeling feverish after starting antibiotics??

when my mast cells are acting up i feel like im coming down with the flu. vaguely ill, nauseous, feverish, chills, my lips kinda burn and my face gets hot and red. i was put on antibiotics for my tooth being infected around the root (amoxicillin) and ive been feeling feverish since. going from hot to cold easily and ive also been vaguely nauseous but that could just be from taking it without eating. is it true that antibiotics can cause mast cells to act up, or is this something to be worried about?
