District 6 review

I went to district 6 yesterday around 8:30 for Don ultimately decided to eat there because I wanted something with clear broth since I wasn’t feeling well I decided to get beef pho and pan fried sticky rice, which was great when it came time to pay for my bill my total was 23.32

I paid I didn’t have cash so I didn’t tip, but I decided that I would come back the next day in Tips since I didn’t have cash.

Fast forward to this morning I see a charge for $27 in some change on my bank app and I call the restaurant to see why they charge me so much even though I didn’t leave tip and they told me that they do a 18% gratuity so regardless if you tip or not, they’re gonna take 18% gratuity ( she did send me a picture of my receipt, but this is not the receipt I received when I paid) so I didn’t know anything about the 18% gratuity at all, I only received the receipt to where it asked for a tip and then for me to sign it

I always think tipping it’s optional depending on the service. The service was OK. It wasn’t 10 out of 10. Amazing and the food was OK but I don’t think it was worth 18% gratuity

I don’t know I was upset about this but now I’m just kind of like whatever it is what it is lol I just wanted to let people know
