The faster you ship, the worse you get at telling users what you shipped

Build In Public

I'm Simon, a product director who's been vibe coding side projects for the past year. Every single time I ship something, same story: I push features all week and my users think nothing changed.

I looked at what's out there for changelog tools and they all still expect you to sit down and write something. For someone shipping multiple times a week on the side, that never happens. So the gap just keeps growing between what you build and what your users know about.

I got fed up and built Recaip last weekend. No code. It connects to your GitHub, and every time you merge a PR it reads via webhooks your code diff and writes the changelog entry, social post, and email digest etc. You approve or set it to auto-publish and never come back.

Already running it on my own repos. It just works in the background and I don't have to think about it.

Curious how other SaaS founders handle this. Do you actually write changelogs consistently or does it always fall to the bottom of the list?
