Some Tarrant County neighborhoods are selling really fast right now (Week 13 data)

I’ve been pulling together weekly housing data across DFW… this is Week 13 (Mar 29 – Apr 4) for Tarrant County, looking at where homes are moving the fastest (based on days on market).

A few that stood out:

• Landing at Creekside (Fort Worth) — 3 listings | ~$280K–$286K | 25 DOM
• Overland Stage Estates (Arlington) — 7 listings | ~$298K–$349K | 30 DOM
• Townes Landing – D.R. Horton (Fort Worth) — 22 listings | ~$280K–$330K+ | 32 DOM
• Harvest Ridge Add (Fort Worth) — 3 listings | ~$275K–$422K | 33 DOM
• Arcadia Park Add (Fort Worth) — 6 listings | ~$315K–$521K | 41 DOM

A few things I’m noticing:

• Fort Worth is showing up a lot in the faster-moving areas
• The $250K–$400K range is still where homes are moving quickest
• Some neighborhoods have 10+ listings and still low DOM… consistent demand

Curious if others across DFW are seeing the same thing…
