Restarting Enbrel

I recently had surgery. I needed to stop taking my Enbrel 1 week before surgery and withhold for 2 weeks after. I took my first post op dose last week and am due to take my second tomorrow. Has anyone had to stop and the restart? How long did it take for the medication to help with symptoms again? Thank you.
