How can I apologize to my boss for being disruptive and tell him everything I’ve been holding in?

Workplace Challenges and Conflicts

How can I apologize to my boss for being disruptive and also tell him everything I’ve been holding in? I (32F) have been disruptive at work a few times the past few months. The only events I was made aware of that were disruptive to others were loud typing on the keyboard and clicking on the mouse when I’m mad. Since my boss told me it’s gotten better, but apparently there are other things that some of my coworkers found disruptive but I wasn’t made aware of those. This morning one of my coworkers yelled at me banging her mouse on her desk telling me to stop doing that. I tried telling her I wasn’t even touching my mouse but she wouldn’t listen and just kept going on until I yelled back asking her what her fucking problem was. Then I went to tell my boss as this wasn’t the first time she did something like this. He said that she and my other 2 coworkers came to see him today saying I’ve been disruptive, but he didn’t know what I did that bothered them, and that he spoke to me about this multiple times in the past and that he is at the end of the rope and the next step would be dismissal. I legit have no idea what I did this morning that bothered anyone and don’t think it’s fair from him to tell me this if he doesn’t even know either.

I have a meeting with him tomorrow morning and want to apologize. I don’t want to lose my job. I also want to tell him everything I’ve been holding in, as sometimes I want to tell him things mainly that bother me but I don’t always feel like I can.

I know I need help and I’m gonna get it, I’ll call my doctor tomorrow to set up an appointment.

How can I apologize to my boss and keep my job? Is there any way I can bring that up everything I’ve been holding in tomorrow? If so, how? Or should I just forget about it and just go to him next time?
