My vagina swells due to stress

Whenever I wake up early and go to my job by the end of the week the left side of my vagina Is swollen. I’m a lab tech and the my job can be stressful at times but I run around and draw blood as well so I’m on my feet a lot. Why is this happening? As soon as I have my days off it swells down again.
