Any tips on choosing the moves for my CAWs?

I'd like some recommendations, tips, or anything else that might give me a better idea of how to create consistent movesets that aren't so "messy," and help me improve my skills in creating movesets for CAWs, whether they're original characters or based on real wrestlers.
