How would yall go about converting Von Ryans Leapers to represent the ravener killteam?

Hey guys! Would love to play killteam, just dont love the look of raveners. VRL are on the same base size, and have a similar character (fast, melee, stealth).

I worry about making the spitter one. How could I build up the little back bubbles for him?
