Looking to do LLB at RMIT

Im in year 11 rn and I want to get into rmit law, ik the guaranteed atar is 88, im doing legal studies asw. I want to know if the course and workload is manageable as its only 3 years, and I plan on working part time as a legal assistant and getting familiar with PEXA and other programs. At the moment im thinking of going into realestate commercial. Id have finished my plt by 22, so would it be difficult to get a graduate job in a boutique-mid tier firm at the time as I heard most roles have a soft spot for monash and melb uni. Sorry if i have a bunch of questions
