Broken Cloud Gaming Voice Chat?

Preface: (I know, I know) I still have an old Xbox One. Because of that, I use Xbox Cloud Gaming for Arc Raiders, The Finals, COD, etc. This problem ONLY exists for Arc Raiders, for me.

A little over a month ago now, the Arc devs released an update which broke cloud gaming voice chat. I put in a ticket and they said they were aware of the issue and working on a fix. 30ish days later, it just started working again. Then after playing for maybe a week with voice chat again, the devs released Flash Point and it’s broken all over again. I can go to Settings > Audio > test mic and the mic doesn’t move. I know it’s not my setup because it literally works in Embark’s other game..The Finals. Opened another ticket and they gave me generic audio troubleshooting instructions that of course don’t work.

Has anyone else ran into this?
