Terran Armada Lost Luxury quest bugged?

So I boarded the lost luxury liner, grabbed the 4 power cells, followed the quest marker, used one of the power cells to open up the previously locked door near where I first came in. Then followed the quest arrows down some steps & across a catwalk to the quest marked power receptacle with 2 switches on either side. Slapped in another of the power cells, quest marker says hit left switch to restore power to the engineering deck &... nothing. Both switches still say "power required" despite the inserted power cell. Every time I hit the quest marked left switch it just keeps flashing "power required". So now, the quest won't progress. Am I missing something else? I'm on Xbox Series X btw.
