Any suggestions on how I might be able to finish from oral ?

A bit of background: I’ve always needed double stimulation to reach climax ( clit + anal )

I do not enjoy vaginal sex but I do like being eaten out, it turns me on a lot, just not enough to actually make me finish, it’s kind of like a never ending edging sensation.

Right now I’m experimenting with not using toys anymore and only using my hands because I’m wondering if I might have desensitized myself from using toys too often.
