Pharmacy hour cuts driving me crazy

Rph and it’s so hard right now to be in pharmacy. We have so much we are responsible for and feel like no support from anyone. It’s all about cutting hours and saving payroll. I feel so drained and I’m constantly running to the register for DURs and vaccine offers. We barely can take any breaks. I feel like I can’t breathe.
