Question…. AITAH for wanting to report my boyfriend driving home from the bar drunk?

He’s almost 30 and frequently drives drunk. We’ve hit a rough patch of him always at the bar and I want to do something about it since he won’t listen to me. He said he was done driving drunk after a cop followed him leaving a bar a couple nights ago but has now driven drunk multiple times since…. I’m so lost.
