Help finding a story

I remember back like almost a year ago there was a story on deviant art about a guy who asks this girl to give him a paizuri and she is mad because she is like really flat. But as she starts her chest grows. The author was setting it up so his blessing. Would become a curse that made busty girls go flat. Does anyone remember this?
