Please help me out

hi, I am a fresher giving neet 2026 this year, I'm scoring 400 to 430 in my mocks, and the thing is I'm not studying in a planned manner, like before a test I dont properly revise , I haven't even done 1 cycle of proper revision ab tak, and I feel so disgusted of myself, I'm not able to figure out how to revise and be ready for attempting tests, I was an introvert from the start so didn't talk to my teachers much in my coaching, and I don't have the guts to ask now, literally 25 days before neet, yesterday I went to give mock, and I suddenly just felt detached , idk like no one would help me out, all my friends who were scoring less than me have started to get I 500s, and I know it's my fault, I dont revise properly before tests, infact I dont even revise dhang sei. general, can someone pls help me out, like how do I reach 550 to 600 if possible, because I used to score in 600s earlier, and to be very honest , I seriously don't know why this has changed
