F4A OCxOC [1x1] [Discord] [Hunger Games Universe]

hello! i'm Bee, 23f, she/her, and I'm looking for a collaborator (18+) interested in writing a story set in the Hunger Games universe! Specifically, I'm interested in an almost slice-of-life (and eventual romance!) plot / character study, focused on the people outside the arena who are still very much entwined with Capitol life, culture, and propaganda.

I have a female victor/mentor OC and I would love to play her against someone else in the Capitol. Another victor/mentor, a stylist, reporter, escort, child of a Capitol official... anything goes, really! My OC is from one of the often-forgotten districts, so I would be extra curious to play her against someone born and raised in the Capitol or a career district. My only two musts are that they're compatible characters who would be fun to write as an eventual romantic/physical partnership, and that the characters are both tied up tightly in the Capitol's web. I want angst, I want trauma bonding, I want to take these characters from strangers, maybe even enemies, to deeply in love and possibly unhealthily codependent. I know that will take a while, but I'm locked into this story and I'd love to find someone who can match my energy :)

I'm looking to write against an original character; Canon characters can be part of our story, but I'm more interested in the characters who aren't 'important enough' to the rebellion to even know any of the core revolutionaries.

As a writer, I strongly prefer writing sapphic relationships, so I'd gladly write this OC against your female OC. HOWEVER: this is one of the few OCs I have that I strongly feel would thrive in a hetero relationship (lmao) so I'm keeping my options open! So though I mostly write FxF pairs, please tell me about your male OCs as well if you have them, as I'd be happy to do FxM if your OC is particularly compatible with mine :)

As you've probably noticed from the way I'm writing this post, this OC and story are both very dear to my heart and I care a lot about finding a great writing partner and a great character to join me on this journey. If I don't think we're a good fit, I'm going to be honest with you about it! I'm looking for a writing partner who loves ooc chatter, especially discussing our characters / story. I love sharing ideas for scenes that may never happen, asking random what-if questions, analyzing everything about our characters... when I say character study, I mean it. I want to know EVERYTHING!!! And I have an entire family for my OC, so if you're interested in building out a larger community to bring more life into our two main characters' story, I'd be down for that too!

I can range from a few paragraphs to 1-2 pages (12pt single spaced) per response, but it completely depends on what the scene requires. I don't think every dialogue response requires five paragraphs of internal monologue, BUT when the time is right, I will write pages and pages of introspection while my OC does nothing but sit on the couch. if you've read this far, please tell me your favorite color in your intro message! I ONLY write in third person; I tend to write in past tense but you could sway me to write in present if you really tried. I rp on discord! I don't double, as I don't want to write a plot that only fulfills one of us creatively. I'd rather focus our energy on creating something we both love!
