Restaurant Ideas

I've been asked to help gather ideas for a restaurant in Birmingham. We are looking at rebuilding/rebranding an existing place downtown that has closed about a year or so ago, and have been told "Anything is possible, just give me your ideas".

So, with that, what are your ideas?

Menu, Size, special features, etc. It needs to appeal to a large variety of people during the daytime and at night, so we can't give it a vibe that only works for one or the other.

It wouldn't be a nightclub or Bar-only type of place. But it would have a bar inside it.
