is there a reason why some men don’t approach a woman they may be interested in?

Hi just a quick question for men.

wanted some advice.

is there a reason why you might not approach a woman that you may be interested in?

i went out to a bagel shop and there was a very attractive guy who just stared at me the entire time and didn’t say one word to me.

i really wished this man had approached me or do anything other than just stare.

like the entire time even when I would look away and i could feel his eyes on me even before he left the shop before me he still just stared at me. granted i was with my mother at the time so i could maybe say that could’ve been a factor but it’s happened before.

I’ve been approached by men but it’s just that i usually get stared at. lol

what holds you back from saying anything?

I probably could’ve said something as well but being that I’m shy & introverted it’s just now in me to do that and possibly embarrass myself.
