I Sandboxed social media apps and now I'm having trouble

Question

Since sandboxing my social media apps weeks ago, I've had pushback from these companies. First, reddit locked my account and made me change my password. I haven't had further issues after that.

Today facebook sends me an email and says they restricted my account due to advertising violations. I haven't been on FB for 3 days. They didn't actually restrict my acocunt, they locked it. I saw I had the option to appeal but it didn't let me explain anything. I never advertised. For now, FB says they are reviewing my acocunt.

I have my reasons for being on these platforms.

Is there something else I should know about using sandbox apps for social media?
