Connection Issues - Xbox

Hey, recently I’ve had problems making it past the first loading screen, everytime I try I just get “A network error has occurred please try again”. I’ve tried redownloading the game, clearing save files etc. nothing has worked. All my other games run fine an connect to their respective networks fine. Does anyone know a solution to this? Thank you.
