Song triggered RJ in the car

I had an issue the other day where while I was driving with my girlfriend, the song Taste by Sabrina Carpenter came on which triggered a major bout of RJ in that moment. Although it's not exactly about RJ, the song is about her ex's new partner and directly addresses that, because she was there and did things with him first, that they will never be as special with his new partner.

This song hurt so much because it takes all of my fears about my girlfriend having experience, and rationalizes it so coherently and makes it real. There have been other songs to spark this feeling but this is the one that felt most like a direct attack against me.

Does anyone else experience this same thing or with any other songs?
