Wheelock DSM Troubleshooting

I just got through adding six of these to a building with existing wheelock strobes that had the old style FCPS-24F with no sync. All of the devices are syncing up properly except everything on the first floor, which is controlled by one of them. They're mostly AS series horn/strobes. Any ideas on what to look for?
