17yo being forced in iop/php

I asked my therapist if it was possible to limit communication with my parents because I didn’t feel comfortable with them constantly calling her. She brought this up to them (I asked her to), and they got pissed off and made it seemed like she did something ridiculous.. they ended up cutting off contact with her and now are pushing to put me in IOP/PHP. A lot of the issues I was seeing her for happened because of parents helicoptering I felt like it was actually helping seeing her now there just trying whatever they can to get more information & trying to get me to sign Roi's.

As a therapist how do you handle a minor asking for them to ask parents to stop contact. I didn't think that was a crazy request?
And what is my best course of action I really don't feel any need for iop/php but there doing whatever they can to
