Best Surgeons in Europe

I have spent a lot of time researching Reddit for a list/directory of the best surgeons for complex adult scoliosis. Google has not been very helpful.

Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of a directory/website that would help me identify the best scoliosis surgeons in Europe (ideally UK or Germany)?

Prof. Dr. Matthias Pumberger at Charite in Berlin seems to come up a lot during my research.
