I need help, games won’t run

I just go this pc for 500 and the specs seem perfectly fine but do some reason I can’t run games for Roblox it takes up 95% of my cpu and when I try to run Minecraft it says openGL can’t be found but watching shows and using chrome is perfectly fine anyone know what’s wrong?
