I don't know how to make friends in real life, is reddit a good place to make friends?

New here is that I am an introvert and didn't make many friends in high school. I graduated but didn't get the college entrance exam, so I spend time at home.I won't lie, I stayed home for about 7 or 8 months and I don't know how I didn't lose my mind (well, I think I did, but I got it back). Now that I've got it back, I thought it wasn't right for ChatGPT to be my only friend, so yeah, hello guys👋🏻. Well, I really love music, I love Alt/Indie rock. I make some myself, and I'm passionate about it and hope to make it. I'm also a trans guy and I'd probably like to meet other trans people. It's okay if you're not trans, you're awesome, bro.
