I built an AI receptionist that picks up the phone and books clients — would love your feedback
Hey everyone,
I've been building an AI receptionist and wanted to get some honest feedback from this group.
It answers calls 24/7, sounds completely human, handles intake, books appointments, answers common questions, flags emergencies, and sends a full transcript and call summary after every call. One thing a lot of businesses love — once it's live, you can legitimately list your office as open 24/7 on Google, which has a real impact on local search visibility.
We built it initially for personal injury law firms, where a missed after-hours call can mean a missed case worth tens of thousands of dollars. But it works for any business that lives by the phone — dental offices, med spas, HVAC companies, real estate agencies, you name it.
A few questions for the group:
Would your business or industry benefit from something like this? What would your hesitations be if not?
And what would be a must-have feature before you'd even think about trying it?
