Does Embark really have issues understanding thier player base?

I mean it was said a million times already, i think enough voices joined in to express their frustration and ask for a proper PVE experience.

I just don't want to deal with pvp at all honestly, i have zero kills in my account and going to keep it that way. I am interested in ARCs and the story and am not alone.

It feels like a forced ranked mode. What's the point of a pvp with people that are not even engaged in it. It's like we're playing football while others are playing basketball with the same ball..

Why is this controversial? To me it seem perfectly natural to implement.
