MHS3 - will PS5 disc from Japan run ok on console with EU account?

Hi - cant find the physical disc version of MHS3 locally (am in AUS but have EU PSN account), and saw Amazon JP had the game available for order .

Anyone know if the Japanese game disc is running the same build/version as in other regions?
Or if its region locked?
Was not sure if any DLC would be tied to the Japanese region PSN storefront?

Thanks!
