Noob needs help

Hey y’all, I’m getting into Gaussian splatting for real estate and would love some advice from people who’ve been at it longer.

Shooting with an iPhone right now, looking at dedicated cameras down the road (I have a Fuji xs-10). Trying to get a handle on web optimization: file sizes, viewer performance, mobile behavior. How does people get such high quality scans to be so smooth?! Also curious how people handle outdoor sections like yards and balconies.

What’s actually worked for u guys? Processing pipeline, capture settings, anything that bit you early. All advice welcome and appreciated!
