Title: How do you heal from a breakup when your ex will not give you space?

I finally left a toxic relationship. I blocked him everywhere. But he keeps popping up. New numbers. Different apps. His friends. His family. Even people I do not know.

He sends messages acting like he cares. Then threatens me. Then acts like he wants to be friends. Then tells me he will pay me money. Then tells me to remove my tattoos. It is exhausting.

I block one number. He calls from another. I block his friends. They create new accounts. I have changed my number. He still finds me.

I want to heal. I want to move on. But he will not let me. He will not give me space. He will not let me breathe.

Has anyone dealt with this? How do you heal when your ex refuses to let go? How do you protect your peace when they keep finding doors?

Any advice would help. I am tired.
