Moving to Wisconsin

Hi - I am assuming some here have moved to Wisconsin to work with Epic. I am considering a PM role there and will have to move. I am coming from NJ and the pay at Epic is much lower which I was really surprised about. For someone with some PM but no epic experience. Seems like they are making you enter at almost every level pay. What is the cost of living like there? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
