Product Loan under my mom's name/account

My mom has a ₱76K Product Loan offer from Home Credit. Plan sana namin gamitin for an iPhone under her name, pero ako (i have work po) ang gagamit at ako rin ang magbabayad monthly.

Genuine questions:

* Allowed ba ‘to sa Home Credit?

* May issues ba sa approval, warranty, or payments kahit may consent naman ni mother?
