Steam Achievements with Account Link

I've been playing the game for quite some time on my phone and only recently linked my account on steam. I noticed that on steam this game has achievements and wanted to see how do I go about unlocking all of them. I should at the every least have a majority of these achievements if not all.
Do I have to do everything again or eventually will they all unlock at once?
