Finals tips

1L here I am behind on readings, no outlines, hardly any practice problems, and needa basically redo my whole paper for legal writing due in two weeks along w/ finals starting at that same time. I messed up and was not proactive - is it a bad move to just skim / opt out of readings and work on paper, outline, and above all practice exams while using said outline? Also now realizing I need to just stay at the library to get what I need done for the next day as a commuter. Not sure why it has taken me to almost second sem finals for this realization to hit but hey it is a process! Some words of encouragement would be lovely right now.
