Library Consultant Idea

Hello library people! I am a librarian that is on the verge of burn out, but libraries have been my whole life. I'd love to just do inventories, Diversity Audits, Weeding, assist with streamlining processes, large catalog updates and other tasks that take staff who have other duties a while to work through. Being a librarian though I also know what library budgets are like. So my question to you all is, are these services something you library would be willing to pay an outside consultant for?

Edit: Thank you for all the honest responses. Just for a bit of clarification, I am in a small community and the nearest library with a dedicated collection development position is about 2+ hours away. Most libraries in my area have 5 or less employees that do the jobs of two or three people in bigger libraries. (Then again if they had the budget they would just hire more employees instead of a consultant.)
