How much is each of your cooldowns worth?

Hello, I'm making a post on every character main subreddit asking the question "if a character had one of their abilities removed, how would you buff them to make them equally as strong?

How would you compensate for the loss of each of these abilities?

1. Devil's Latch, probably the scariest thing to get hit by when trying to run away
2. Infernal Fury, the bread and butter of Daredevil
3. Sonic Pursuit, easily letting him close the distance on a target and giving him passive buffs
4. Objection! the ability that makes me hope for and Edgeworth-esque skin

Note: only number tweaks are allowed, as adding a new ability would defeat the purpose of this thought experiment.

Also, do you what what the Blade main subreddit is? I looked for it and the only one I could find had 50 weekly visitors.
