Going abroad for implants

I am tired of constantly fixing my teeth, the whole mouth is full of cement or whatever they make filings from.

so thinking of pulling them all out and putting in "permanent dentures" or whatever they call them, when they screw in 4-6 anchors and put the fake teeth on top of them.

hence the question,

1. anyone can recommend good clinic in Mexico (i am in usa).

2. is my approach maintenance free? meaning that if all good my teeth will be white and problem free for 20+ years.
