How do you get over stage fright

Currently I’m a decent trumpet player. And when I play by myself or with people I’m close to I can sound great but the second I’m playing with a new band and new people or playing for an actual concert I tense up and start messing up so bad. Just today in my concert band I was practicing a solo for jazz and was playing it just fine but once I got to jazz band with the new people I tensed up. I could barely play it whatsoever. It was so bad the director said he was going to pass the solo around to let others try
