Can you get falsely accused and arrested over a reported YouTube comment (even if you made no threats or anything harmful)?

When I argue against others in discussions, I sometimes fear that they may erratically try reporting my comment in hopes of getting myself tracked down and arrested. This is in spite of me not making any kind of threats or anything harmful.

I hope I'm just overthinking this. What's your insight?
