Landlord terminated lease to “move back in”, property is advertised for lease at $160 more per week.

Does anyone have experience with tribunal and this? The exclusion period is well and truly alive! The termination date is in April 2026. I received the notice only 5 months after moving in and left the lease early due to being guilted/pressured. Fair trading has already confirmed that the exclusion period does not change if I leave early after receiving the termination notice.

I’m awaiting advice from the tenants union but it feels like they are extremely busy/back logged.
