Do interactive quizzes actually work, or are they just annoying?

I’ve been building a project to replace static lead forms with interactive assessments, but I’m curious about the user side.

Do you guys actually engage with interactive tools/quizzes on SaaS sites, or do you find them just as annoying as a standard form?

Trying to figure out if I’m building in the right direction.
