Opening on wrong monitor

I don’t know what happened, but I previously tried setting up triple monitor set up not realizing it took a lot of configuration and wasn’t just plug and play. I thought I reversed all the settings but now am not sure as I did it weeks ago. I have two identical monitors set up, and never had this issue previously, but for whatever reason the game opens on my peripheral secondary monitor. All settings for NVIDIA and windows have my main display set to primary and when I launch the iRacing UI app it opens on my main monitor. When I actually launch to race or practice it opens on my peripheral. Doing the windows + shift + arrow key doesn’t always work for it, and takes it out of full screen, and I don’t want to have to do it. Why is the game not launching on my primary?
