Is there any way I can cheat to save my starving bonedog?

So I've had half my squad out on a big adventure, most of them poorly trained so I was focused on keeping them alive and in the mean time one of my dogs back at base is starving.

I added a mod to give me an animal feeder to put severed limbs in because it happened that a couple of my guys had limbs to feed the doggy...

But it's unconscious, so it just doesn't eat. I get that this is a consequence of my lack of attention but it also feels kinda unfair since there was food for it to eat and it just didn't because the game seems awkward about that sometimes.

I don't get why an unconscious dog can't eat but somehow bulls and goats and garru can? This is my third dog so it's not like I'm just not used to it, my other 2 dogs are some of my best fighters.

So yeah can I edit my save or anything just to give him some hunger points back or ressurect him when he dies or something? I've looked at the FCS but can't see a way to do that.
